Metallica, RATM, Foos/Killers would be a great line up. Im really hoping that Avenged Sevenfold and Bullet will play to after them both just releasing new albums. Id really quite like Machine Head there too. Either way, I think Leeds is shaping up to be better than Download this year.

Im excited It really looks like it gonna be Metallica, rage, and In my opinion everything is pointing towards REM. Now with support acts it looks like QOTSA are playing, Velvet Revolver are touring with their new album, and theyw ould only ever play Leeds or Download, they done download last year so I have a strong feeling they will play! Im hoping Leeds can steal Primal Scream from the TITP bill too, and Ian Brown wouldn't go a miss either, but I can see some serious Air Guitars comin to branham park either way!

Less Than Jake, NOFX and Alkaline Trio at the same festival would be the most stupidly amazing thing EVER.

Have been waiting for an excuse to get myself to Leeds fest for a few years since it's just next door to where I live. Seeing Metallica and RATM there may just be the ticket =D

I'm in two minds about Rage. The could quite easily, but then there were huge rumours about them making an appearence last year. So far I'm thinking Metallica, The Killers and either Rage or Foos.

ORIGINAL: MrBoombastic You've got to be stupid if you think The Verve would pull a bigger crowd than RATM. The Verve are a run of the mill indie band, minus a couple of great songs (Drugs dont work, lucky man, sonnet, bittersweet symphony). I dont see the verve showcasing effects and techniques on guitar that nobody had though of yet. I dont see richard ashcroft using his status to try better the world like RATM. I like The Verve .. but no, not worthy headliners. If it wasnt for "the drugs dont work" and "bittersweet symphony" they wouldve been forgotten when they split up. clearly uneducated. obviously unaware the verve existed before urban hymns. listen to a storm in heaven, nick mccabe is a genius on a guitar.
