Disabled/Hospitality camping tickets? 08 August 2012 23:38 (permalink)
What exactly do the disabled tickets enable? Are the wristbands different? Also, we want to camp in the normal camping areas as we still want the full atmosphere of the festival but we need access to the hospitality toilets etc? Thanks

I would assume they're different as the disabled area in not one of the main camping grounds but next to the guest area. I would imagine you can camp in the normal camping areas if you really want to, but unless you're in one of the closest main camping fields such as yellow or white (which full up pretty quickly from opening on wednesday from what I can gather) you'd be facing a bit of a trek just to use the toilets in the disabled area. To give you an idea, here's last years site map that will be largely unchanged: http://i.imgur.com/eu0OD.png

We'd use the normal toilets for like when we're just in the campsite, but for when we're in the arena they're right next to the main stage haha. Do you know if the wristbands are any different and if so how do they differ from the normal ones?

Hey, I'm camping in the disabled campsite this year. The wristbands are different designs from the normal ones - they have guest written accross them and are a different design from the regular ones (i think its to make it easier for the people to see to let you into the guest area). Last year (the first year I got a guest wristband) wad the first year that the normal wristbands were nicer than the guest ones which is just my luck! You also get orange plastic wristbands so that you can get onto the viewing platforms
Cause there were too many of us to camp in the guest area last year we camped in orange and used regular toilets and just went to use the guest area toilets when we were in the arena cause its so close and those toilets are sweeeeet!
This year there's only 4 of us so we thought we may as well take advantage of nice toilets, nice bar, closer car and closer free alcohol to the arena when there's nothing we want to see!
        Hope that helps!
