Barcelona! Just a last minute deal which was mega cheap.

Needed to exercise a bit of spontaneity because I can see myself getting into a rut again.

got any plans to visit anywhere in particular or just gonna hang out kinda thing?

I don't even know much about the city apart from there's the football stadium there (which we probably won't be visiting all things considering haha!) will have to have a read about it.

But yeah we're kind of "active" holidayers, so we'll probably do a bit of exploring just so we don't get bored.

When I went the thing that I liked most was all the street performers! There was tonnes of them, was interesting just walking along and watching them all.

yeah there's a few hah. You've got the Camp Nou which is insanely fucking impressive architecture and then you've got the old Olympic Lluis Stadium from the 1992 Olympics and the new Getafé ground, the excellently named Estadi El Prat. But the Olypic stadium closer to Montijuïc so.

Cool stadiums in Barcelona, it's been a dream of mine and my Dad's to go there and check 'em out. We've both got a thing for football stadia so. The Camp Nou, the Bombonera and the Maracaña are three places we wanna go and see before he gets too old so.

If they're impressive architecture then we'll go have a look I suppose, I holidayed with my family near to Barcelona when I was quite younger and my dad and brother went to a stadium and got their photo took with a trophy of some sort, no idea what one it was but its weird that I remember that haha.

Camp Nou is huuuuuge.

Also, Mel, if they have the fountain shows on at this time of year, you MUST go. So pretty, I loved it.

Yeah, Camp Nou is the biggest in Europe. Seats just shy of 100,000 so, huge as fuck. Just a really impressive place.

El Prat is a bit...run of the mill stadium wise, same with the Olimpic Lluis. Just a bit plain and grey, but the Camp Nou is mega.

I'm alright.
I feel hella busy and I'm just sat here typing on a forum instead of doing real things. 
I need to go to the library tonight to start and finish an essay, write my radio script before I go, landlord has been and told me to move all the boxes outside my room incase he gets an inspection, so I have to move all them downstairs, need to write scripts for Friday's lesson too.
Blargh.
I've got in to a lazy rut since Christmas and I need to get out of it.

I'm tired, busy busy day at work.
But i went shopping after and bought lots of healthy food.
Plus, only 2 days of work left this week!

i am so unhappy with the state of my life. not only has the events of the past two reminded me of how **** everything is, i've lost my flat for next year, i'm ill, i'm exhausted, i can't get my essay finished, i haven't revised at all, i can't bring myself to shower or eat and i'm aware that not one single element of my life has ran smoothly. nothing. 

I posted a mega long thing about how I'm feeling then lost it all by accident. Let's just say I'm feeling like ****.

I'm in a really good mood considering how much I have to do.

Stressed to the max. This stupid business assignment is killing me/gonna fail the module.
And all day my uni pals have been whinging about how our course is moving to the other campus TO ME. WHO HAS HAD CLASSES SPLIT BETWEEN THEM FOR A YEAR AND A HALF. And thus have no sympathy.

I feel like crap. 
Assessment went well today but it's all gone downhill from there. I miss Craig a lot, i'm in the house on my own again, i got another **** mark in East Central Europe and i just don't understand why considering how bloody hard i tried and that the writing is the same as all my other high 2:1 assessments.  Finally dragged myself to kings gate and have been bunged into CBT again despite how unhelpful i find it. I've explained that i don't respond well (or at all) to it and they've ignored me.

Anyway, like you I have a thing about footy stadia. Would love to visit a football game every time I go on holiday in the future. Was going to try get to a Barca game whilst I was over there, but it was pre season and the only friendly that was on was a closed doors game.

I don't remember much about Barcelona other than there's lots of cafes and strip clubs. There's also the unfinished cathedral which I don't remember the name of.

I love Barcelona, only been once on a school trip when I was like 13 but can't wait to go again.
